Access to and use of the dwwi11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:
To access the Services, you must complete the dwwi11 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, KTP), date of birth, mobile number, and chosen payment method details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in your account and must notify dwwi11 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. dwwi11 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dwwi11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at dwwi11's discretion following a review, net of any amounts attributable to fraudulent activity.
dwwi11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. dwwi11 does not accept deposits made via third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or international wire transfers.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The majority of withdrawals are completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended in circumstances where KYC verification is pending, where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced fraud review, or where the receiving bank experiences technical delays. dwwi11 is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the Member's own name, consistent with the name on the dwwi11 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Funds that have been deposited but have not met the minimum wagering activity threshold (one full turnover of the deposit amount on any game category prior to first withdrawal) may be subject to an administrative review before release.
dwwi11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free-bet awards, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 8x, or 10x the bonus amount) will be stated clearly on the promotion page. dwwi11 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds; using automated betting software; or any other practice deemed by dwwi11 to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational wagering.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements within 30 calendar days of credit (or such shorter period as stated in the specific promotion) will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's balance without further notice.
All sports bets placed on the dwwi11 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the dwwi11 Sportsbook Rules document, available within the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on a point specific to sports wagering, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail. dwwi11 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, at clearly erroneous odds, or in connection with events whose outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement.
